DIY Neem Face Pack for acne prone skin

Hey there!

I don’t know what to blame it on, but my skin has been breaking out a lot in the past few months. It is really frustrating. I’ve tried several things to soothe my skin, some worked and some didn’t. But what stood out with its instant results is this Neem face pack I made at home, that left my skin feeling happy, supple and glowing.

So I decided to share it with you guys as it could benefit those of you struggling with acne problems, pigmentation and blemishes. It’s easy, quick and has guaranteed results. Also, all the ingredients are easily available, so it won’t be a hassle.

So without wasting a lot of your time, let me just get to the point. All you need is-

>  3-4 Neem leaves (great for fighting acne scarring, blemishes and pigmentation with its anti-bacterial properties)

> 1 tbsp Aloe Vera Gel
(helps in dealing with redness and soothes the bumps on the skin)

> 1-2 tbsp Milk
(moisturises the skin deep within, giving the perfect glow)

> 2-3 tbsp Gram Flour
(acts as an exfoliator)

> 1-2 drops Tea Tree Oil
(fights acne and blemishes)

Method –

Thoroughly wash the Neem leaves then soak them overnight in water. Next morning, add the soaked leaves along with a spoonful of water they were soaked in into a blender. Blend it till the leaves are crushed. It should hardly take around 30 seconds.

Then, add all the other ingredients as mentioned above into the blender and blend it all together to form a thick paste. Add water as per the consistency you require. I wouldn’t recommend making it too thin since it would drip off of your face.

Once the required consistency is achieved, empty out the paste into a bowl. Wash your face and pat dry with a clean towel. Then apply the paste evenly all over your face and neck. You could either use your fingers or a brush for the application.

Leave it on for around 20-25 minutes till it is dry and then wash it off. Your skin will instantly feel super soft and squeaky clean. Use this pack 1-2 times a week, depending upon the availability of time at your end, and you will see a visible difference in the way your skin looks and feels.

I absolutely love this face pack and use it whenever my skin acts crazy. I hope it helps you too. Do try it out and let me know how it works for you in the comments down below.

Until next time,

XoXo
